A crystalline sea paves way in the horizon to a rising sun that illuminates the sky in gold and lapis lazuli. I wait by a small station of white stone, as the train tracks cover the road through the sea and into a new journey for a life worth living.

Through this life we seem to come across many crossroads, many stations that mark the path of our journeys. Sometimes we miss these stations, sometimes we skip them because we’re afraid of getting hurt, or lost. Yet, sometimes we get down even with all the fears and possibilities of pain, knowing that we have to venture into many stops of life if we want to have a trip worth remembering.

I sometimes find myself staring into nothingness and imagining this strange station in the middle of the great betwixt. It feels so familiar, like a place I’ve been to before and a place that I will ultimately come back to. Maybe life is all one big wheel, a circle of life in which we are born into, live our lives and die, taking with us the memories of who we decided to be in this life.

Whether we decide to spend our lives in love, peace, in search of knowledge or the pursuit of riches and glory, be sure to spend it without regrets. We know not how many stations we have left before arriving back at the place where we began, only that we will all be back one day with all the experiences we decided to live with along the way.

I find myself at another station, silently contemplating whether the road that I have chosen is correct or not and what train I should mount on next. The tracks become blurry underneath the water, making it difficult to know to which station I am headed and how many are left. Still, though I feel I have a lot of journeys I wish to fulfill before my time in these tracks are done, I can say that I would go in peace if my final station were to rear its white glow along the tracks. For I have lived in truth of who I am, where not many others cannot say the same. Never about perfection, but rather, about being good in the ways that we can be.

Now I ask you, as you travel your tracks: Can you say the same?

Thank you for reading!

In this new year, we would like to invite you into our continuing journey. This site has been a place of development and thought provoking commitment from me to myself and I hope that you have enjoyed it as well.

In this coming year I have a few projects that I hope to be developing along side you all, some of them including post like this one. Dreamer’s Drift is a shower thoughts segment that I’ve been thinking about making for a while now and I hope this is the first of many.

Some other announcements will come later into the month, but until then, thank you for reading!
